arrival time
For new clients, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled massage appointment. At Optimise Remedial, we are a practitioner-run clinic so do not have a receptionist on duty. New clients are required to fill out an injury/treatment form at the front desk on arrival.
cancellation policy
24 hours notice is needed for cancellations or re-scheduling. A cancellation fee may apply and confirmation of your appointment is acknowledgement of our cancellation policy. You will receive a reminder text 24h before your appointment.
health funds
Health fund rebates are available on the spot with your private health fund on HICAPS. All major health funds accepted.
what is hicaps?
HICAPS stands for Health Industry Claims and Payments Service. HICAPS is an electronic health claims system that allows members to claim automatically on the spot at their health service provider.
The HICAPS machine will process your claim directly, leaving the gap amount for you to pay at the end of your appointment depending on the level of cover you have.
